As you use Refine, the filters you set, companies you watch, and recommendations you tune help sharpen your results. Each score comes with clear reasons you can confirm or correct.

• Open a score to see the reasons behind it, such as “You want remote work” or “Pays under your $160,000 floor.”
• Confirm or correct a reason to make future scores more useful.
• Sort recommendations by best match or limit your hiring radar to matching roles.
