Connect Gmail and Refine can turn the emails you already receive into useful updates without making you copy everything by hand.

Application confirmations from systems like Greenhouse and Lever can go straight onto your board. Offers, interview invites, rejections, and recruiter messages wait in the new Inbox for you to review.

What you can do

• Let application confirmations update your board automatically, with a one-click undo if Refine gets one wrong.
• Review offers, interviews, rejections, and recruiter outreach before anything changes.
• Open the full email thread and reply from Refine.
• Start with an editable reply draft. Nothing sends until you choose to send it.
• Optionally auto-decline obvious mass outreach, with a short window to undo.
• Keep read status in sync with Gmail.

A note about privacy

Refine stores what it learned from an email, not the full message. The complete email is fetched from Gmail only when you open it.

Why it matters

Your inbox already has the most complete record of your job search. Refine can now keep your board up to date without turning every email into another data-entry task.
